Invest responsibly.
Time for responsibility.
Those who take responsibility think ahead - even when investing.
The Gutmann sustainability approach.
Gutmann is convinced of the value of sustainable business practices and has consistently integrated sustainability principles into its investment process for many years.
Where requested by our clients, our basic exclusion criteria serve as the binding minimum standard for the investments we manage.
Among others, companies with activities in controversial weapons, coal mining, coal-fired power generation, Arctic oil and gas extraction, oil sands, fracking, or gambling are excluded. These exclusions are applied based on defined revenue thresholds. Issuers that violate the principles of the UN Global Compact or are associated with authoritarian states are also excluded.
In addition, sustainability preferences are defined together with our clients and incorporated into investments in accordance with their individual requirements and investment objectives. Material environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors are systematically considered in investment decisions.
Accordingly, sustainability is not limited to dedicated sustainable investment solutions but has been an integral part of our investment process since 2018. It is applied across internally managed mutual funds, selected special funds, investment advisory services, and discretionary portfolio management.
